Humans,
1 year ago I lost my best friend, Charlie. (you can read my post about it here).
Dealing with the death of your pet is one of the most difficult things we willl ever have to do. I personally can’t think about many sadder events in my own life; I miss Charlie and think about him a lot.
You can watch Dr Marty Becker speaking about saying goodbye to your pet in a new episode of “354 Seconds on…Death” on DOGTV, channel 354 on DIRECTV.
Also, take a few moments to read this great article titled “How to Help Your Kids Deal With the Death of a Pet” to learn more about coping with these sad times.

I wish your pet lots of great health, and love,
Ron
a poem by Melissa A. Lewis
“Why did you have to go and die?
I don’t want to have to say goodbye.
God must have thought you were special to take you away,
but couldn’t he have waited for another day?
God’s looking after you now,
High, high up in the sky.
Up there where all the angels lie.
You wouldn’t have wanted me to make a fuss,
After all, you’re still down here with all of us.
Just because I can’t see you, doesn’t mean you’re not here.
I know you are somewhere very, very near.
I love you so much but it time to say:
Goodbye My Friend”

That was a great poem share. Thank you. I still miss my schnauzer that grew up with me even after a decade since he passed on. Pets are forever – even when they are gone, they live, in our hearts., always.
